Eivor was found in a storm drain in Kern County — thin, injured, and alone. A kind passerby alerted Animal Control, and he was taken for emergency vet care, where they discovered his leg was broken. After healing, he was placed in a shelter and then foster care, but sadly returned and twice listed for euthanasia. We stepped in just in time, rescuing Eivor days before his life was to be cut short.
